What They're Saying
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
"As someone who is part of the LGBTQIA+ community sometimes these tours can be intimidating but a couple minutes with the leasing agent Michael and we knew we had found the right place. They really took the time to talk to us, show us around to the gym, pool, the office spaces, and my favorite part of the tour, the pet spa. Everything looked new and gorgeously decorated. The unit was spacious and well maintained. Overall we were so impressed with this property!" - ER

Connect & Unwind at Barnsdall’s Wine Nights
Looking to build community and recharge close to home? Every Friday this summer through September 11 (5:30–9:00 PM), head up to Olive Hill and the West Lawn of Frank Lloyd Wright’s historic Hollyhock House for Barnsdall Art Park’s beloved Wine Nights. It’s the ultimate way to pour into your local community—enjoy pours from Silverlake Wine, bites from local food trucks, live DJ sets, and evening gallery access, all paired with iconic, sweeping views of the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory. Home Sweet Hack
The Daily Grind: Garbage Disposal Do’s & Don’ts
Whether you're a seasoned home chef or just master the microwave, keeping your kitchen running smoothly comes down to a few easy habits! To save you from an unexpected maintenance visit (and keep your sink smelling fresh), here are our top do’s and don’ts for garbage disposal care:
DO feed it slowly with cold running water. Cold water keeps fats solid so the blades can chop them up before they reach your pipes.
DO throw in fresh citrus peels. Dropping a few lemon or orange rinds down the drain keeps things smelling clean and fresh naturally.
DON’T toss coffee grounds, eggshells, or rice/pasta. Grounds and eggshells create a thick paste that clogs drain lines, while rice and pasta expand in water and block pipes.
DON’T pour grease or cooking oils down the drain. Let grease cool in a container or pan, wipe it with a paper towel, and toss it in the trash instead!
