What They're Saying
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
"I moved to Ardence & Bloom from out of state without ever seeing the property in person, which was definitely a leap of faith. Looking back now after living here for a little over a month, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've made. A huge part of that is thanks to Michael. From our first conversation, they were incredibly responsive, honest, and helpful. Moving across the country can be stressful, but Michael made the entire process feel seamless. They answered every question, kept me updated, and made me feel confident that I was making the right choice. Now that I'm settled in, I love everything about living here. I've already spent plenty of afternoons relaxing by the pool, the gym has made it easy to stick to my fitness routine, and having secure parking gives me so much peace of mind." - NG

Live Well: Race For A Cause
Prioritizing your mental health is just as vital as staying physically active, and this September, you can do both with purpose! On Saturday, September 12, head over to Palisades Park for the community-focused Run for Mental Health. Designed as a relaxed, low-pressure morning event with capped wave sizes, participants can run or walk a 5K, 10K, or half marathon along the oceanfront starting at 7:30 AM. Whether you're chasing a personal milestone or simply enjoying a peaceful morning walk by the coast, it’s a wonderful way to move your body, support a great cause, and connect with the broader LA community.

Dishwasher Confessions (Do’s & Don’ts)
Your dishwasher is a powerful kitchen ally, but treat it wrong, and it will stage a peaceful protest (or flood your kitchen floor). Keep your plates sparkling and spare yourself an awkward maintenance visit with these quick guidelines:
DO scrape, don't scrub. There's no need to wash your dishes before you wash your dishes—that’s what the machine is for! Just scrape off the stray broccoli florets and let the spray arms handle the dirty work.
DO load like an architect. Face plates and bowls inward toward the center, and tilt mugs downward at an angle. If you load everything facing the wall, you’re basically sending your bowls on a dry sauna retreat.
DON’T overload the racks. Blocking the water jets by wedging 14 coffee mugs into a space meant for 4 means half your load comes out looking like it just took a mild bath. Give your dishes some personal space!
DON’T wash the "forbidden" items. Cast iron skillets, sharp chef knives, wooden spoons, and vintage grandma china belong nowhere near the bottom rack unless you enjoy warped wood and tragic heartbreak.
DON’T substitute with regular dish soap! Unless you're trying to host an impromptu bubble party that engulfs your entire living room, keep liquid Dawn far away from the soap dispenser. Always stick to real dishwasher detergent or pods!

Pet Of The Month
Zeus ❤️
Pet of the Month: Birthday Boy Zeus! 🐾🎂
Meet Zeus, our handsome resident September birthday boy! Don’t let his majestic looks fool you—this sweet boy is a total softie at heart. When he’s not obsessing over cats, hanging out with his brother Toby, or strutting around with his tiny chihuahua bestie, you can find him living his best life on scenic trail hikes, enjoying breezy car rides, or cuddling his favorite teddy bears.
He’s also earned a reputation as the resident "Snack Bandit," mastering the art of the stealthy drive-by swipe to snatch cheese and cookies right out of toddler Nolan’s hands. And when it comes to playing fetch? Zeus plays by his own rules—instead of chasing the ball, he simply sprints straight to where he thinks it’s going to land!
Be sure to give this adorable birthday boy a big high-five (and maybe a treat from Three Dog Bakery) next time you see him around the community!
