July is here, bringing sunshine, smiles, and a full calendar of summer fun to our community! From Fourth of July celebrations and resident events to neighborhood happenings, World Cup excitement, and our annual Summer Digital Food Drive, there’s plenty to look forward to this month.
🇺🇸FUN UPDATE:🇺🇸 On July 4th, we are extending the hours of the Sky Deck from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM so residents can enjoy the holiday and the fireworks!
We hope you’ll join us and make the most of everything July has to offer.

July 17 - Summer BBQ
☀️ Summer evenings are meant for good food and great company. Come kick off the weekend with us for a July BBQ! We'll be firing up the grill on the Level 3 BBQ Lounge on Friday, 07/17 from 5-7 PM. Come grab a plate of burgers, wings, skewers, and more. 🍔🍗 Veggie options available!

Thanks to everyone who joined us for Breakfast on the Go with @cafe_losfeliz . Seeing so many residents stop by, grab a bite, and start the morning together made our day. Judging by how quickly the burritos disappeared, we’d say this event was a success. Check out the spread below~

Looking for the perfect spot to watch the sky light up this Independence Day? Los Angeles is pulling out all the stops for America's 250th birthday! Catch a massive stadium show and concert hosted by Queen Latifah at the LA Memorial Coliseum, enjoy a nostalgic night under the stars with The Beach Boys at the Hollywood Bowl, or head to the coast for the classic, free fireworks over the water in Marina del Rey. Events will fill up fast, so be sure to check online for event times and parking details ahead of time!

North Coast Summer Digital Food Drive
Giving Back ❤️
North Coast Living's annual Summer Digital Food Drive is here! Running from June 29th to July 29th , helping support local food banks across the communities we serve. At A&B, donations will benefit LA Regional Food Bank, providing critical resources to families throughout LA County. Every dollar donated can provide nearly three pounds of food and allows food banks to purchase fresh essentials like milk, eggs, produce, and meat. To maximize the impact, North Coast Living will match all monetary donations, doubling our community's contribution. Join us in donating to support neighbors in need.
