If you're looking to get out and explore, Los Angeles hosts magnificent fall events, starting with the iconic 27th Annual Día de los Muertos festival at Hollywood Forever Cemetery on Saturday, October 24th, 2026. Running from noon until midnight, this vibrant gathering features elaborate ofrendas, artisan crafts, traditional Aztec dancers, and live music. For local trick-or-treating, costume contests, and spooky neighborhood fun, you can also join the annual community celebrations taking place across Hollywood on Friday, October 31st, 2026. Whether you're honoring loved ones or dressing up for Halloween night, it is a wonderful time to embrace the spirit of community and connection across L.A.!

Paws & Appreciation: Saying Hello to Sweet Maisie! 💕
Meet Maisie, our sweet, loving, and amazingly resilient Pet of the Month! This angel's birthday is May 25th, 2013! This precious senior chihuahua may be small in size, but she has a big voice to match—especially when greeting her fellow canine neighbors from the safe vantage point of her mama’s or grandparents’ arms. Her mom, Marlene, is convinced Maisie could double as Ardence & Bloom’s official security detail! When she’s not keeping watch over the community, Maisie spends her days snuggling up for cozy cuddles and secretly plotting ways to steal her feline brother’s food. Next time you see Maisie and her family around the building, be sure to give this adorable little queen a warm hello!
