September is here, and it's heating up with summer in full swing. We've got a cool new addition—a pool table in the Western Courtyard! Swing by the office to grab the pool cues and balls; just hand over your Driver's License between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm to join in on some pool fun.

"Beautiful building , leasing agent Megan was wonderful , patient . Got a chance to meet with the property manager Rebecca while on the tour of the building she is knowledgeable about the neighborhood, courteous, warm smile (ps she is beautiful) . Got to check out their dope rooftop (I like the Cubana style), and the well equipped gym. The apartments were clean and spacious , the hallway and lobby smelled nice."

North Coast Makes An Impact
Our Summer Food Drive was a huge success, raising $6,990 in donations, equivalent to 23,300 pounds of food. With North Coast Living's match, the total doubled to 46,600 pounds. Combined with past donations of 85,892 pounds, we've now given an impressive 132,492 pounds of food. Congratulations to Kearney Plaza (1st), Vilara (2nd), and Barham Villas (3rd). These drives have a lasting impact on our communities.
