Hey friends! Welcome to December! As the year winds down, we are wrapping up in the warmth of the holiday season and focusing on the spirit of giving. We are truly grateful for the wonderful community you help us create! To spread that cheer, we are excited to kick off our annual Community Food Drive starting December 1st. Please drop off your non-perishable food items at the leasing office throughout the month to support local families. Thank you for your kindness!

Get Ready to Jingle All the Way to the Photo Booth! 📸✨ Don't miss our annual Holiday Happy Hour Soirée on Thursday, December 18th (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM). Eat, drink, and be ridiculously merry! We'll have delicious food, celebratory drinks, awesome giveaways, and the most festive photo booth in town ready for you to snap some unforgettable, silly holiday memories!

Holiday Ice Rink Pershing Square
The hottest place to chill during the holidays, The Holiday Ice Rink Pershing Square, is back for a season of outdoor ice skating in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Open daily until January 11, 2026
Spanning 7,200 square feet, LA’s largest outdoor rink is set against a stunning backdrop of skyscrapers and holiday lights. At just $22 a person (skates included), enjoy a fun-filled hour on the ice, whether you’re a seasoned skater or just starting out.
